We are thrilled to announce the release of Spotxel® Microarray 3.2 for Windows, a powerful tool for microarray image and data analysis. This latest version introduces a graphical GAL array editor and supports 24-bit TIFF grayscale images, enhancing the precision and versatility of your microarray analyses.

The GAL array editor offers a range of features, including:

• Creation of rectangular and hexagonal blocks.
• Fractional spot spacing and diameter for precise alignment with spot signals.
• Manual fine-tuning of block positions.
• Undo and redo functions for block editing actions.
• Keyboard shortcuts for quick access to utilities.
• Editing of spot names and IDs with a spreadsheet-like interface.
