Spotxel® Microarray 4.1 Now Available on the Microsoft Store

We are pleased to announce that Spotxel® Microarray 4.1 is now available for Windows through the Microsoft Store.

Version 4.1 introduces several improvements to microarray image and data analysis, including support for 20-bit Extended Dynamic Range (XDR) images, the new LoG-Spot detection method for GAL arrays, and updates to data preprocessing, normalization, batch processing, and data analysis workflows.

With version 4.1, Spotxel® Microarray is also moving to Store-based distribution. This provides several benefits:

  • Convenient and secure installation and updates through the Microsoft Store.
  • Simplified purchasing and subscriptions, with payments and renewals managed by Microsoft.
  • Easier license management and restoration, with entitlements associated with the Microsoft Store account instead of traditional license keys.

Spotxel® Microarray is free to install. Full access to premium features is available through a 3-Month Subscription, 1-Year Subscription, or Perpetual License, purchased directly within the software. Available prices and trial offers are provided by the Microsoft Store and may vary by country or region.

The Mac App Store release of Spotxel® Microarray 4.1 is currently in preparation and will bring the same Store-based installation, purchasing, and licensing experience to macOS.
